What are the responsibilities of a Senior Medical Aesthetician at an Income Partner level?
In this role you will need to excel in each of the following areas:
Service Delivery:
Provide high-quality professional aesthetic services, including Chemical Peels, Laser Skin Services, Facials, Microneedling, and more.
Maintain equipment and service areas according to health and IPAC guidelines.
Client Management and Documentation:
Accurately document client charts before and after each service.
Upsell and cross-sell skincare products and services, ensuring clients are informed and can access the best-fit products for their needs.
Business Development and Growth:
Contribute to business growth through effective client retention and acquisition strategies.
Collaborate with the clinic’s management to develop and implement strategies for service expansion and quality improvement.
Consistently achieve or exceed new business targets.
Relationship and Team Building:
Build and nurture relationships with prospects and clients, both online and in person, to grow new business opportunities.
Work collaboratively with IVONNE's marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategies and attract new clients.
Mentor and train junior aestheticians, sharing expertise and fostering a knowledgeable and skilled team.
What are the role requirements?
A background in medical aesthetics. You have read and understand the O. Reg 136/18 Personal Service Settings, Ontario Infection Prevention and Control Best Practices, Regulated Health Professions Act, Health Protection and Promotion Act.

Compensation Structure:
